SIOUX FALLS- The Jamestown Eagles took part in the Sioux Falls Legion Baseball Invitational over the weekend and walked away with three wins in four games.

St. Michael, MN 5 Jamestown 4

The tournament began with the Eagles falling behind 5-2 to St. Michael before a rally came up just short as Tyson Jorisson collected two RBI in the game.

Jamestown 11 Ralston 10

Nate Walz went 2-for-3 with six RBI and Jamestown rallied from an 8-0 first inning deficit for the walk-off win in the seventh.

Jamestown 8 Brandon Valley 2

Walz was 3-for-4 with three runs scored and an RBI as the Eagles again fell behind early then took over the game, this time scoring in each of the second through fifth innings to pick up the win.

Jamestown 4 Huron 3

The Eagles jumped to a 4-0 lead with a pair of runs in the third and fifth innings.  Jaxon Koplin was 2-for-4 with a run scored and three RBI in the win.

The Eagles travel to Mandan for a doubleheader on Thursday.
