VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Summer Nights on Central returned to Valley City with Happy Hour shopping, food and beverage vendors, and a concert Thursday night June 13th.
The group 8th Hour entertained the crowd along with students from Micaiah’s Studio of Ballet.
