MEDORA, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Two men will be newest members of the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame Saturday in Medora.

Shaun Stroh and Stuart Ternes are entering the Modern Era Rodeo category.

Ternes said he’s honored to receive this recognition three decades after competing in the rodeo arena.

Meanwhile, Ken Neuens is the newest member in the pre-1970’s Rodeo category.

And the late Fred Sorenson will be posthumously honored with the Legacy Award for his dedicated support of the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame. Sorenson was recognized for his generous contributions of time, talent, and financial support not only to the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame, but to the western community at large.
