FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Sophia Richards was named Miss North Dakota 2024.

Sophia is a native of Hope, ND. She graduated from North Dakota State University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication in 2023.

Sophia will now get to compete in the Miss America pageant in January of 2025. Richards is employed by Valley News Live.
