JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for June to Angie Wolfe with Dakota Central for their outstanding customer service.

 

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

 

Their nomination letter said:

 

“Angie Wolfe has been extremely dedicated to providing top-notch internet service here at Ave Maria. Most recently, Angie came to troubleshoot why the internet was down when it should have been on battery backup. The week prior, we were having trouble accessing our security camera footage, which is also a service Daktel provides us with. When our IT company out of Fargo wasn’t responding soon enough, Angie herself came up to the nursing home and provided us with a spare Microsoft Surface computer to use to review footage until our other IT provider from Fargo came through. Angie truly went above and beyond!”
