VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Summer Nights on Central Committee is excited to bring four Summer Nights on Central events this year! Adding an additional event to our three from previous years, these festivities will take place the second Thursday during the months of June, July, August, and September. All four dates will be packed with various fun-filled events and activities ensuring fun for all ages! Each evening will feature an array of attractions such as live music, mouth-watering food and beverage vendors, and other games and activities for various ages.

Summer Nights on Central features tailored events for each date:

June 13th:

• Live Music by “8th Hour”
• Barnes County Museum open house in honor of Barnes County’s 150th
anniversary
• Performance by Micaiah’s Studio of Balletduring the band break
• Inflatable games

July 11th:

• Live Music by “2 Weeks Notice”
• VCPR BBQ Cook Off
• Country themed activities
• Inflatable games

August 8th:

• Live Music by “October Road”
• Bridge City Cruisers Car Show
• Barnes County Candy Drop
• Root Beer Floats
• Kids activities

• September 12th:

• Live Music by “Tripwire”
• Summer Vikes on Central. More details to come

Each evening will kick off with a “Shopping Happy Hour” from 4PM to 6 PM, with food and beverage vendors opening at 5:30 PM, and live music from 6 PM to 9:00 PM. Entry to Summer Nights on Central is free, offering friends and family affordable opportunities to enjoy Valley City’s summer scene! Don’t forget to participate in our 50/50 raffle and grab your limited edition Summer Nights t-shirts available for purchase at the event.
