BISMARCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Following recent storms and heavy rainfall in a short period in North Dakota a few areas reported some wind, hail and rain damage this week.

Some areas saw wind, hail, even tornadoes with heavy rain and flooding.

North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Jon Godfread said if people have questions about filing a claim or if they run into issues with the claims process he gave a few tips in this interview.
