The Valley City Track and Field Team wrapped up their season over the weekend at the State Championship in Bismarck, where 18 Hi-Liner athletes competed for a shot at an individual state championship.
While no Hi-Liners would grace the top step of the podium, Reagan Berg was able to wrap up her phenomenal senior season with a pair of second-place finishes in the 3200M and 1600M, along with a third and fifth-place finish in the 800M and 4x800M relay respectively.
Other top-eight finishers for Valley City include Brynn Lueck, Cadence Fetsch, Greta Goven, Parker Jacobson, and Kadie Kocka. Dylan Hunt and Zach Sykora also finished inside the top five in the discus and javelin.
Head Coach Trevor Bakalar has provided a complete list of Hi-Liner finishers and record-setters from the State Championship.
