JAMESTOWN – In another state tournament season for Jamestown Blue Jay Girls Soccer, their only complete worry has been with Minot.
Minot scored on a penalty kick goal by Emerson Perrin Friday for a 1-0 win over Jamestown inside the Nelson Family Bubble at the University of Jamestown. The match was moved indoors due to thunderstorms.
Perrin scored in the 20th minute for the Majelles. For Jamestown (10-2-2, 10-2-2 WDA), goalkeeper Olivia Sorlie made three saves.
Both of the Blue Jays’ losses this season have been to Minot, who defeated Jamestown at home last month.
The Blue Jays will play Tuesday at Bismarck Legacy.
