Harlan Carow, 60, of rural Edgeley, ND, passed away Friday evening, May 10, 2024 at his home.

Harlan was born January 13, 1964, in Ellendale, ND, the son of Clarence and Cravella (Hatfield) Carow. He grew up on the family farm east of Edgeley and attended elementary school in Edgeley. Harlan graduated from LaMoure High School and moved to Bismarck, ND. He worked for Pride Industries grinding samples and working as a driver for the State Laboratory. Harlan moved back to the farm near Edgeley where he collected toys, especially John Deere equipment, and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. He loved driving, especially tractors and combines. Harlan would often send greeting cards and enjoyed receiving them from friends. He had a gift of calling people by their names.

Harlan is survived by his mother, Cravella Carow and brother, Leighton Carow.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Carow; grandparents, Frank & Emma Carow and George & Irene Hatfield; and uncle, Raymond Carow.

Memorial Service – 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 16, 2024 at Zion Lutheran Church, Edgeley.

Interment – Mt. Hope Cemetery, Edgeley.
