JAMESTOWN – Both Jamestown Blue Jay Track & Field teams finished second on Tuesday in the True Team Meet at Charlotte and Gordon Hansen Stadium.

Jamestown’s girls scored 129 points, 24 1/2 behind winner Mandan.  Julia Skari won both hurdles events, taking the 100 hurdles in 15.56 seconds and the 300 hurdles in 47.03 seconds.  Allysah Larson picked up another win, taking the long jump at 17 feet, 10 and a half inches.

The Blue Jays boys tied for second with Mandan at 143 points.  Kindred won with 209.  Jamestown’s 4×100 relay team of Tristan Williams, Henry Yolain, Sam Mayhair and Ryan Kallenbach ran in 45.85 for the win.  Sam Anteau won in the 1600 meters at 4:40.96.  Jacoby Traut placed first in the javelin at 143 feet.
