MINOT – Four matches of perfection had started the Jamestown Blue Jay girls soccer season.  Then came the three-time defending champions.

Minot ended Jamestown’s season-opening winning streak with a 3-0 win Tuesday at Duane Carlson Stadium.

Makenna Aldrich, Jayva McKibben and Maicee Burke scored for the Majelles (5-0-0, 4-0-0 WDA), who extended their unbeaten streak to 57 matches.

Olivia Sorlie made 16 saves for Jamestown (4-1-0, 4-1-0).

The Blue Jays will host Dickinson Thursday at Erstad Field.
