VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NDHP) – A 39-year-old man was injured in a rollover on Interstate 94 about 11:50 am on Sunday, April 14.
Highway Patrol Captain Bryan Niewind said a state trooper was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash near MM 294.
Niewind said a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado traveling on I-94, left the roadway and entered the median at the railroad overpass on I-94. The vehicle drove into the median until disappearing down to the railroad tracks below. The Chevrolet rolled onto its top and the lone occupant, who was restrained, remained in the vehicle.
The driver, 39-year-old Neil Williams of Ashdown, Arkansas was transported to Mercy Hospital in Valley City by the Barnes County Ambulance and treated for non-life threatening injuries. Williams was cited for Care Required
The Valley City Fire Department and Barnes County Sheriff’s Office assisted on scene as well.
