VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jessica Jenrich is the Barnes County Emergency Manager and she also serves on the Valley City Area Chamber board.
Jenrich said any businesses interested in having her visit to see what you and your employees would do if an active shooter incident happen in Valley City should contact her. Jenrich is also reminding the public about the Barnes County Tornado Preparedness Day set for April 24th, at 1pm, that day, the tornado siren will sound as a test for all businesses and schools to practice their tornado procedures. She is encouraging all communities, businesses, and residents to participate.
Jenrich said, “I am hoping this gets everyone thinking about what they would do in the event of a tornado.”
