VALLEY CITY, N.D. (BCWF) – Barnes County Wildlife Federation is pleased to announce the 2024 Barnes County Wildlife Scholarship Winners.
The winners are Adelyn Kvilvang and Tucker Johnson both of Valley City as well as Draven Steffen of Larimore and Brooke Gaudry of Alberta Canada.
