OAKES, N.D. (Oakes Police Department) – Nathyn Visto of Oakes was charged in Dickey County District Court with one count of luring a minor by computer or electronic device and two counts of sexual assault for events that are alleged to have occurred between June 6, 2020, and April 12, 2021, involving a 17-year-old female.

Visto was also charged with an additional count of sexual assault for events alleged to have occurred between October 20, 2022, and October 24, 2022, involving a 16-year-old female. Visto was previously charged with luring a minor by computer or electronic device on February 22, 2024. That case involved Visto attempting to have sexual contact with a 14-year-old female and is still pending.
