ELLENDALE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Dickey County Burn ban/restrictions are now in place for 2024. This is the same format we have been using for years.

1) You must call your local fire department or the Dickey County Sheriff’s Office 701-349-3249 X1 before you burn or be subject to the cost of FD response!

2) You may burn anytime except- VERY HIGH or EXTREME FIRE DANGER has been issued for the county or a RED FLAG high wind warning issued by the NWS in Bismarck.
