VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Firefighters responded to a fire on Friday, February 16th in the St. Raphael Senior Living Facility around 11:08am.

Fire Chief Scott Magnuson said a water heater pump started on fire. He said maintenance crews at the facility used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire before crews arrived on the scene.

Magnuson said crews used fans to ventilate smoke out of that area of the building. No injuries were reported.
