VALLEY CITY, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Valley City Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee presented a Customer Service Award to Colleen Jones of CHI Mercy Hospital for her outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Their nomination letter said: “We brought our grandson in to get some x-rays as he had fallen and hurt his elbow. He was in a lot of pain and we were assuming he broke it. We couldn’t really calm him down and wasn’t sure what we should do. Colleen came to visit and calm him down and knew exactly what to do and say from bringing him ice, a pillow, in a very professional but caring manner. She rocked it! Our community is so lucky to have a hospital
with employees like her!”
