VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Crews from Burlington Northern Santa Fe did some grinding work on the rail line above the Hi Line bridge in Valley City on the evening of Friday, February 9th. A few people witness a colorful display of golden sparks flying off the bridge.
