JAMESTOWN – For the second time this season, Jamestown goalie Olivia Sorlie shutout Minot in girls hockey Friday night at Wilson Arena as the senior kicked out 23 shots in a 2-0 victory.

Eighth grader Grace Allmaras scored her first two goals of the season to account for the offense. Senior Arya Mickelson dished out two assists.

The Jays improved to 6-11 and increased their chances of qualifying for state. Minot slipped to 3-12.

Next up for Jamestown is Williston on Saturday at 1:00 PM at Wilson Arena.
