The Blue Jays lost 53-18 to Century, then 49-22 to Mandan.
Jamestown (2-9) had wins in each dual from Jack Schauer, Grady Anderson and Damien Cross.
The Blue Jays will host Watford City on Thursday at Jerry Meyer Arena.
