VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – On Thursday, January 18, Valley City Junior High School held its school spelling bee.
All junior high students, through their English classes, competed in a 15-question preliminary round, and the top scorers were invited to the school bee.
At the school bee, the top two places went to (1) Ceanna Walker and (2) John Oakland. Ceanna and John will now advance to county competition to be held in the Hi Liner Activity Center Lobby on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 1 PM.
