VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Several Valley City positions are up for election in the upcoming June 11th election.

City Finance Director and Auditor Brenda Klein said anyone interested in running for these positions should get a petition form at city hall. Those receiving the necessary signatures from Valley City residents on the petition forum before the April 8th deadline will be on the ballot. Remember the deadline to hand in the candidate petition forums is 4pm April 8th, 2024.

In the Valley City Park Board race, incumbents Ross Powell and Jordyn Heck are up for election along with Municipal Judge Thomas Goven, and Valley City Commissioners Dick Gulmon and Mike Bishop.
