VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The city of Valley City passed two resolutions that established new Water and Sewer utility rates that will be implemented in January for residential and commercial users.
Public Works Accountant/Manager Gary Jacobson talked about the nearly 10.5 percent Water Utility rate increase.

He addressed the Sewer Utility rate increase.

The Valley City Commission approved the two resolutions unanimously during their regular board meeting on Tuesday, December 5th.
