VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City State University athletic department has partnered with North Dakota Coffee Roastery to launch Viking Brew, the official coffee of Viking Athletics.
The blend was chosen after a group of VCSU alumni, employees and friends of the university participated in a coffee tasting event this summer.
Steven Olson, VCSU’s director of athletic development said our packaging was designed to represent not only Viking Athletics, but also the community of Valley City.
Olson said Viking Brew is available in ground or whole bean options at a few locations in Valley City.
He said we hope our community and alumni will take pride in this North Dakota brewed coffee.
