ALICE, N.D. (NDHP) – 71-year-old Duane V. Krivarchka of Lisbon died from injuries suffered in a two vehicle crash along Cass County Road 38 and 6th Avenue in Alice, N.D. on Saturday, November 25th about 12:15pm.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol (NDHP) said a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Krivarchka was southbound on Cass County Road 38 entering Alice when a 2007 International semi was northbound approaching the Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Cherokee crossed over the center line into the northbound lane and struck the semi head-on.

Krivarchka, the driver of the jeep was treated on scene by first responders, he died on scene from injuries he sustained in the crash. The driver of the semi, 25-year-old Christian Mueller of Hodgeville, S.K. Canada was uninjured in crash. Both vehicles came to rest in the northbound lane.
