VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Public School Board approved joining a Joint Powers Agreement with other school districts to explore transportation options for their district.
Superintendent Josh Johnson talked about what led to this decision.
He said a decision will be made in the next few weeks about the future direction of the district’s transportation contract.
Johnson said nothing has been finalized as the school district continues to discuss all their options.
During a regular board meeting on Wednesday, November 15th, the school board approved of the Joint Powers Agreement but tabled finalizing any future transportation contract.
