FARGO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The 2023 State Class B Volleyball tournament kicks off today, Thursday, November 16th at the Fargodome with four quarterfinal round matches. The tournament will continue on Friday and wrap up on Saturday, with four matches each day. Northern Cass defeated Linton/HMB in last years state championship, this year Northern Cass is a four seed and they will start their title defense with a quarterfinal matchup with the Region 3 champions, the Lobeos of Lamoure/Litchville/Marion in the last match tonight starting around 7pm. Here is the first days schedule:

1pm – MayPort/CG vs. Trenton

3pm – Our Redeemers vs. New Rockford/Sheyenne

5pm – Dickinson Trinity vs. Bismarck Shiloh

7pm – Northern Cass vs. Lamoure/LM

All New Rockford/Sheyenne and Lamoure/Litchville/Marion games can be heard on Thunder Country 98.3 and newsdakota.com, with LLM games simulcast on KDDR the Tornado, AM 1220, FM 100.3 & 95.9.
