VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Police officers responded to a disabled vehicle that was left on a Valley City street blocking the road early Friday, November 10th.
Police Chief Nick Horner said the owner of the pickup did not notify the Police Department of the stranded vehicle before officers came across the pickup not knowing if it was occupied or involved any other circumstances.
He said upon further investigation, the owner of the pickup was contacted and the vehicle was towed off the street early Friday morning. No other details about this incident are available at this time.
