VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Hundreds of vehicles made their way to Chautauqua Park in Valley City for the annual Valley City Park District Trunk or Treat event on Friday, October 27th.
In the past, the event was held in the Gaukler Family Wellness Center, but this year, park district officials moved the event to Chautauqua Park to accommodate for a better traffic flow in and out of the event. Highlights below.
