VALLEY CITY N.D. (Submitted)- The Hi-Liner Cross Country team traveled to Parkhurst Recreational Area in Jamestown on Friday and took part in the Jamestown/Valley City dual meet. It was a cool day with temperatures around 43 degrees and 20-30 mph winds. These conditions were a great combination for the runners as there were six personal records set and another four runners ran their season best race.

Senior Reagan Berg cut another two seconds off her personal best time to break the 19-minute mark and win the Girls 5K. Seventh grader Addy Fetsch cut 30 seconds off her time to capture first place in the girls 3K Race and seventh grader Brycen Berg won the Boys 3K race.

Next meet for the Hi-Liners is the EDC Conference Championships on Saturday, October 14th. The meet starts at 1 pm and takes place at Lincoln Drive Park in Grand Forks.
