MONTPELIER, N.D. (NDHP) – Charges are pending against 45-year-old Rick Lange of Ypsilanti, N.D. following a rollover crash about two miles northeast of Montpelier on Friday, October 6th on a gravel road.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol said at 10:40 pm, a 1997 Ford F150 driven by Rick Lange was westbound on 49th St SE when he
lost control leaving the roadway. The vehicle rolled coming to rest on its wheels in the south ditch facing north. Lange was found by friends and was transported to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.

Lange was arrested for Driving under the influence. The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol with the assistance of the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office.
