BISMARCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Fall enrollment numbers are in for North Dakota’s 11 public colleges and universities.

The North Dakota University System (NDUS) said 44,227 students are enrolled this semester, which is 682 more than last year at this time, a 1.6% increase.

Six of the campuses are reporting student gains, UND, Valley City State University, North Dakota State School of Science, Lake Region State College, Dakota College at Bottineau, and Bismarck State College.
