VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender has moved to Valley City. 46-year-old Jeffrey Keith Wolff registered 352 3rd St SE in Valley City, ND. Wolff has been assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. He is 6-01 in height, 160 lbs in weight, and black hair.

Wolff was convicted of gross sexual imposition in North Dakota District Court in 1996. His victim at the time was minor female. Jeffrey Wolff is a high-risk lifetime registrant.

Wolff is not currently wanted at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety only and should not increase fear in the community. Any attempts to harass, intimidate, or threaten an offender will be turned over for prosecution.
