VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – In a day and age when we find negativity taking center stage in education, politics, and life, we choose at Valley City Public Schools to focus on the POSITIVITY and the differences that our amazing educators are having on our students, school district, community, and the state of North Dakota.
Superintendent Josh Johnson said, please know this is a short list representing the many educators in our school district that are making a difference in education. He said let’s all extend a shout-out to the following individuals for their great work and representation of our school district.
Deb Beilke- Business and Accounting Teacher at the Junior/Senior High School
Deb Beilke continues to do amazing things in the classroom for our students. Thank you, for all you do for this school district.
Andrea Jensen- 5th Grade Teacher at Washington Elementary
Many of our teachers have the opportunity throughout the school year to present to the pre-service teachers at Valley City State University. This year, Mrs. Jensen stepped up to highlight the wonderful things about being a teacher and answer important questions for the pre-service teachers at VCSU. Thank you, Andrea, and all of the teachers that are encouraging future teacher generations at VCSU.

Kathy serves as a teacher representative on this board helping to make very important decisions relative to the licensing of teachers in North Dakota. Thank you, Kathy, for your service to the state of North Dakota and representation of Valley City Public Schools.
