VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The My School Bucks system for cafeteria payments is temporarily disabled for software updates. Please note that you will not be able to access My School Bucks or make payments while the program is disabled. The outage may last up to a few days while our system is made ready to process the new free and reduced lunch guidelines.
Valley City Public Schools Nutrition Services Director Joleen Hagen said this summer, the state of North Dakota increased the Free and Reduced Lunch income qualifications by 15% over the federal rules, so more North Dakota kids can be eligible for free meals. Thank you for your patience as our software company finalizes the steps we need to take to be ready for these new guidelines.
If you applied for Free or Reduced price meals and are waiting for the results you will receive your confirmation letters in the mail next week or feel free to call (701) 845-0483 ext 9 or drop an email to inquire.
