CASS COUNTY, N.D. (CCSO) – On  Sunday, July 30th at 3:50 p.m., the Cass County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary in progress in at 15333 37th Street Southeast in rural Casselton. An employee with AT&T reported seeing surveillance video of a suspicious vehicle at this tower. The employee arrived on-scene to hear suspects using a saw. Shortly after the employee arrived at the site, the suspects fled in a van. Minutes later, Cass County deputies were able to locate and stop the van with the help of the employee.

After an investigation, 39-year-old Brandon Moore of Tahlequah, OK, and 27-year-old Sidney Walker of Hampton, VA, were arrested for Burglary and transported to the Cass County Jail.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office and employees of AT&T have been working collaboratively to secure this site and stop ongoing theft and vandalism. The arrest of these two individuals is a great example of the positive community partnerships formed by the Cass County Sheriff’s Office and local businesses.
