VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Parks and Recreation in conjunction with Sheyenne RiverFest is hosting the first ever Valley Parks Craft and Vendor Show in Chautauqua Park on Saturday, August 5th with the event
kicking off at 10:00 A.M. and continue until 4:00 P.M.

Discover an array of unique and handcrafted products from talented local artisans and vendors. With over 30 registered booths and more anticipated to sign up, there’s something to captivate every shopper’s attention from art and jewelry to home décor. Some vendors will feature products such as crocheted items, goat milk soap, essential oils, gift baskets, fishing lures, handcrafted wood items, boutique items, and so much more. Treat your taste buds to an assortment of mouthwatering delights from various food vendors, enjoy face painting from #1 Sun Tanning Boutique, and spend a day in Chautauqua Park! Other amenities the park has to offer includes sand volleyball courts, a dog park, and a playground that can be used the day of the event!

“It’s been a long time since we’ve seen an event like this in one of our parks,” says Tyler Jacobson, Executive Director of Valley City Parks and Recreation. “We’re extremely excited to bring this back to Chautauqua Park to not only inspire residents and visitors to support local vendors but also encourage them to get out in the parks and enjoy a day in our community.”
