CARRINGTON, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The 2023 North Dakota State Class B Legion Baseball tournament will kick off Wednesday, July 26th at Carrington City Park’s Northeast Baseball field with four games starting at 10am. Lamoure is the three time defending state champs, winning the legion championship the last two years, and the independent championship in 2020. In 2020, the legion baseball season was cancelled due to covid-19, so an independent league was formed. Lamoure will play the last game of the day against the host team Carrington at approximately 6pm. The entire tournament will be broadcast on Thunder Country 98.3 and newsdakota.com.

Here is the first day schedule:

10am – Thompson vs. Hazen

1230pm – Cando vs. New Rockford

3pm – Langdon vs. Burlington

6pm – Carrington vs. Lamoure
