VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – 56-year-old Rory Rupp of Valley City was located unharmed according to the Valley City Police Department on Monday, July 24th.

Rupp was last seen leaving the Sheyenne Saint Raphael Care facility in Valley City at around 5:00 am Sunday, July 23rd. According to the news release, Rupp was found unharmed early Monday morning.

The Valley City Police Department thanked the public for the cooperation in helping locating Rory Rupp.
