VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Celebration of Youth Baseball and Sam’s Field will be held on Wednesday, July 19th at 5:30pm at Sam’s Field in Valley City.

Sam’s Field was created in 2018 at Washington Elementary School in honor of 11-year-old Sam Noeske, who passed away in August 2017. The pre-game events will include a first pitch from the Noeske family, donation to the Sam’s Field Baseball Fund, and the singing of the national anthem.

Following the pre-game events, the Valley City Cal Ripken 11U Team will be playing Fargo’s 61 Red’s in an East Region match-up.

Everyone is welcome to the Celebration of Youth Baseball event and game at Sam’s Field Wednesday, July 19th in Valley City at 5:30pm. Let’s Play Ball Valley City!
