VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Parks and Recreation announced their City Park Block Party, a community event designed to promote health, wellness, and local engagement while celebrating National Parks and Recreation month!

The block party is scheduled to take place on July 17th at City Park, and VCPR would like to cordially invite all local businesses and organizations to participate by hosting a booth and showcasing a healthy snack, exercise activity, game, or having other fun giveaways.

The City Park Block Party aims to bring together residents of all ages and backgrounds in a celebration of community spirit and well-being. This family-friendly event provides an exceptional opportunity for local businesses and organizations to connect with the community, raise awareness about their offerings, and actively contribute to the overall wellness of our citizens.

The event will consist of free walking tacos, music by Big Hammer Music Entertainment, games, activities, booths, and more! Come out on July 17th from 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. to be a part of the fun!
