FORMAN, N.D. (SCSO) – Sargent County Sheriff’s office (SCSO) and the Southeast Multi-County Agency Drug Task Force (SEMCA) executed multiple search warrants at locations in Forman, North Dakota on Tuesday, June 13th after several months of investigations.
Deputies found 12 pounds of Marijuana, over a quarter pound of Methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, LSD, MDMA (Ecstasy) and Marijuana Wax. Deputies also seized two handguns, a homemade silencer and $2,200 in cash. The seized drugs have an estimated street value of $50,000.
Sheriff Travis Paeper said 63-year-old Jay Jerard Diegel of Forman was taken into custody and is facing a Class A Felony Possession of Methamphetamine with the intent to deliver with a handgun, Class B Felony Posession of Marijuana with intent to deliver with a handgun, and Class C Felony Possession of LSD, Possession of MDMA and Possession of Hallucinogenic.
Diegel is being held in the Richland County jail on a $5,000 bond. The Dickey County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the investigation.
