AMENIA, N.D. (NDHP) – A Georgia man died in a rollover two miles northeast of Amenia, North Dakota earlier this week.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol said the driver a 52-year-old Roger Sizemore of Augusta, Georgia was traveling westbound on 27th Street southeast in a 2003 Ford F250. The Sizemore lost control of the pickup causing the vehicle to enter the ditch. The pickup overturned causing Sizemore to be ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced deceased on scene.

A service dog was located on scene and transported to Casselton Veterinary Service to be cared for. The crash is under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
