LEHR, N.D. (NDHP) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol released the name of the driver killed in a one vehicle crash on State Highway 13 east of Lehr on Thursday, June 1st.

The Highway Patrol said a 1984 Ford Conventional Concrete truck was eastbound on Highway 13 four miles east of Lehr when the left steering tire blew. The Ford left the roadway and overturned in the north ditch coming to rest facing south. The driver, Scott Muller, was ejected from the vehicle. Muller was treated for his injuries on scene and transported to Wishek Hospital where he died from his injuries sustained in the crash.

The truck was loaded with concrete at the time of the crash. Several agencies assisted at the crash scene including McIntosh County Sheriff’s Office, Logan County Sheriff’s Office, Wishek PD, Wishek Ambulance, Wishek Fire Department, Lehr Fire Department, ND Highway Patrol.
