VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Congratulations to first place winners Keighty Harris of Valley City in the Stock Division and Kallen Hanson of Valley City in the Super Stock Division for winning the 27th Annual Soap Box Derby in Valley City on Saturday, June 3rd. Both are eligible to compete in the International Soap Box Derby event in Akron Ohio during the week of July 16-22, 2023.

Spokesman Joe Sykora said there were 28 racers in the Stock Division and 22 in the Super Stock from across North Dakota. Racers competed in a double elimination format. Congratulations to our winners as we wish Keighty and Kallen good luck in Akron!
