VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Attention Valley City residents, branches and tree limbs from clean up week will be picked up Thursday, May 25th and Friday, May 26th. Please leave them on the boulevard to assure pick up

Meanwhile clean up week continues in Valley City as crews collect your basic garbage and other unwanted items now through Friday, May 19th in Valley City. There is no limit on the number of bags, cans, and boxes, but those items should not exceed 50 pounds per bag, can or box.

Tires, batteries, and metal will not be picked up. Tires may be taken to the Transfer Station in Valley City for a fee (cash only.) Batteries and scrap metal must be dropped off at Valley Recycling Center.

For Valley City residents (only) during cleanup, items can be brought into the transfer station free of charge including Saturday, May 20th. The transfer station will be open Saturday, May 20th from 9am to noon. If there are any questions, please call the transfer station 845-0314.
