VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City police department is releasing this notification which requires law enforcement agencies to disclose to the public relevant and necessary registration information when a sexual offender is a public risk and disclosure of the registration is necessary for public protection.

37-year-old William James Gehlhoff resides at 606 11th Ave. S.W. #1 in Valley City, North Dakota.

In 2011, Gehlhoff was convicted of Possession of Certain Materials Prohibited in Stutsman County, North Dakota. In 2015, Gehlhoff was convicted a 2nd time for the same offense in Barnes County, North Dakota. He is rated as a High Risk Offender.
