BISMARCK, N.D. (State Radio) – Since midnight, Monday, April 10, State Radio has not had any issues with incoming 9-1-1 calls. The communications center continues to work with technicians to determine if State Radio has full restoration of 9-1-1 connectivity. If callers continue to experience problems using 9-1-1, emergency dispatchers will ensure assistance is provided by using caller location and phone number information.
“We want to thank our communities and first responders for their patience. Even with these 9-1-1 issues, we were able to continue providing public safety services to our stakeholders,” said Darin Anderson, North Dakota Division of State Radio director. “Our emergency dispatchers have done an incredible job being agile in this situation to make sure that all callers received assistance, when needed.”
